Our kitties need your help!
Better Days is a special needs cat sanctuary in Roxbury, Connecticut. We are looking for someone to provide cleaning services on a regular basis. The main job is emptying, washing and filling 25 large litter boxes.
Days and hours are negotiable. We estimate 4 hours per day, 1 to 5 days per week.
Must Haves:
Be able to lift 40 pounds. The work includes loading 6-8 bags of litter, weighing 40 pounds each, from our storage shed onto a cart, bringing them into the sanctuary and carrying them to fill litter boxes in three rooms.
Be reliable, and be able to stick to a schedule once we set one together
Enjoy working around cats with special needs.

Where we are flexible:
We do want to set a regular schedule, but we can work with you to decide the specific days of the week and start time. We are requesting quotes, which will help determine how many days/hours we can afford.

About the Sanctuary
Every cat you see playing in our outdoor enclosure has come from abuse, abandonment, injury or illness. Here, they can run and play in safety with a full belly and a warm bed to sleep in. Our indoor rooms are cage-free with lots of places to climb and sleep!
